Biyografi
Prof. Dr. Hakan
ÇALIŞKAN Türkiye’de alanında en genç Profesör ünvanını almıştır. Makine
Mühendisliği (Termodinamik) alanında 2007 yılında Lisans (Pamukkale Üniversitesi),
2009 yılında Yüksek Lisans (Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi), 2012 yılında
doktora (Ege Üniversitesi) eğitimlerinin tamamını birincilikle tamamlamıştır. Kanada’da
University of Ontario Institute of Technology’de Araştırmacı unvanıyla, Japonya’da
Teikyo University’de Ziyaretçi Profesör unvanıyla, Güney Kore’de Kyung Hee
University’de Profesör unvanıyla bilimsel araştırma çalışmaları yaparak
projelerde görev almış ve akademisyenlik faaliyetlerinde bulunmuştur. Yüzden
fazla uluslararası makalesi, bildirisi, kitabı ve kitap bölümü bulunmaktadır.
Ayrıca yürütücü olduğu ulusal projeseleri (TÜBİTAK-1001 projesi, BAP projesi,
vb), uluslararası proje görevleri, ulusal makaleleri, ulusal bildirileri, ulusal
kurs notları olmak üzere çok sayıda akademik çalışması bulunmaktadır.
Uluslararası SCI/SCIE/SSCI/Diğer indeksli Yardımcı Editör/Konuk Editör/ Editör
Kurulu üyeliği görevleri bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca yüksek etki değerli birçok SCI
ve SCIE indeksli dergide aktif hakem olarak görev yapmaktadır. Çok sayıda
uluslararası konferanslarda/sempozyumlarda başkanlık, organizasyon komitesi
üyeliği, bilim kurulu üyeliği, teknik komite üyeliği yapmıştır. TÜBİTAK,
Türkiye Bilim Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı, KOSGEB, Latvian Science Council,
National Science Centre (NCN) of Poland, National Centre of Science and

üyesi ve hakem olarak görev yapmaktadır. Lisans, Yüksek Lisans ve Doktora
Birincilik Ödüllerinin yanı sıra, Uşak Üniversitesi tarafından çeşitli yıllarda
verilen Akademik Performans, Atıf ve Yayın ödülleri de almıştır. Uşak Üniversitesi
Enerji, Çevre ve Sürdürülebilirlik (ENÇES) Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezini
kurmuş, ayrıca Enerji ve Çevre Bilimleri Anabilim Dalını kurarak lisansüstü
eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerine katkıda bulunmuş ve görev yaptığı Teikyo
University ile ikili anlaşma sağlayarak burslu öğrenci değişimi ve öğretim
üyesi değişimi imkanı sağlamıştır. 2007 yılından itibaren Uşak Üniversitesinin
akademik personeli olan Prof. Dr. Hakan Çalışkan, Ege Üniversitesinde Araştırma
Görevlisi, University of Ontario Institute of Technology’de Araştırma
Görevlisi, Teikyo University’de ziyaretçi araştırmacı, Kyung Hee University’de
(en iyi ilk 500 üniversite arasında) Profesör unvanlarıyla çalışmıştır. Halen,
Uşak Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi Makine Mühendisliği Bölümü Termodinamik
Anabilim Dalında çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. Araştırma alanları;
termodinamik, ısı transferi, akışkanlar mekaniği enerji, ekserji, verimlilik,
termoekonomi ve çevresel analizler, enerji ve çevre politikaları, enerji
sistemleri, içten yanmalı motorlar, emisyon iyileştirme sistemleri, egzoz
emisyonları ve nanopartiküller, enerji verimli binalar, yakıtlar, termal enerji
depolama sistemleri, ısı değiştiriciler, ısı pompaları, yenilenebilir enerji
(rüzgar, güneş, vb.), hidrojen, ısıtma ve soğutma sistemleri, vb. şeklindedir. h indeksi değeri 31, i-10 indeksi değeri 62’dir.
