Organizational synergy in educational organizations draws attention to the effort to make a greater impact than the total effects one by one, by integrating different stakeholders or units in the school. The certain organizational conditions and features are required to create synergies that provide significant added value to organizations. Therefore, in this study, it was aimed to determine the organizational DNA that contains healthy-unhealthy organizational profiles and to investigate the role of these DNA profiles on organizational synergy. The research was designed in relational screening model and was conducted with 301 teachers. The data were collected through the Organization DNA Scale and the Organizational Synergy Scale for Teachers on a voluntary basis. The analyses were carried out with descriptive statistics, correlation and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the research showed that the organizational synergy levels of the schools are perceived in the middle to high level range. The averages of organizational DNA showed that while the healthy organizational profiles (the resilient, just in time and military organizations) are perceived in the medium to high level range; the unhealthy organizational profiles (the passive-aggressive, over-managed and fits and starts organizations) are perceived in the medium to low level range. In addition to this, the results showed that the resilient, just in time and military organization profiles positively predicted organizational synergy. While the passive-aggressive organization profile predicted organizational synergy negatively, the over-managed organization and fits and starts organization profiles did not significant predictor of organizational synergy
