Özet
The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between social capital and the teachers' motivation level according to class teachers' perceptions. The population of the study consisted of primary schools teachers who worked in the fall semester 2009-2010 in the center of Elazi{dotless}ǧ province. Data were collected from a sample of 375 teachers working at primary schools in Elazi{dotless}ǧ. In this study the social capital scale developed by Ersözlü (2008) and the motivation scale developed by Claude, at all (2008) were used. It has been found out that perceived subscalies of social capital directed to teacher predicts level of motivation significantly.
