In this study, Higgs boson production processes in the future planned CEPC, ILC, CLIC
and FCC-ee electron-positron colliders were investigated in detail. Cross sections for
Higgsstrahlung and vector boson fusion (W and Z) processes and backgrpund process
were calculated by considering Initial State Radiation (ISR) and Beamstrahlung (BS)
effects. Event selection cuts and b-taging techniques were applied to suppress the
backgrounds. To obtain number of events for signal and background process, these
processes were first calculated using CalcHEP at the parton level, and then Pythia8,
Delphes3, Madanalysis5 and FastJet were used at the hadron and detector levels. The
results show that these colliders have high potential for Higgs physics despite the ISR
and BS effects.
