Bu çalışmada, 2012-2024 yılları arasında Türkçe eğitimi alanında makale yayımlanan dergilerde UTÖAD, Turkish Studies Eğitim Bilimleri, TEKE, RumeliDE Dil ve Edebiyat Araştırmaları Dergisi, Milli Eğitim Dergisi, IJLET, IJLA, DEA, Bilig, ADER, Ana Dili Eğitimi Dergilerinde yer alan değerler eğitimine yönelik yapılan 116 makale incelenmiştir. Durum çalışması olarak tasarlanan bu çalışmanın verileri dergilerin adreslerine girilerek “değerler eğitimi” anahtar kelimeleri kullanarak taranmıştır. Veriler analiz edilirken bibliyometri tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, VOSviewer (Version 1.6.20) görsel haritalama programı aracılığıyla tablo ve yoğunluk haritaları hâlinde sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın sonucunda, makalelerin yayımlanan dergilere göre en fazla IJLET dergisinde yayın yapıldığı, incelenen makalelerde en fazla çalışmanın 2021 yılında yapıldığı, yazar sayısına göre 2 yazarlı çalışmaların yoğunlukta olduğu, en fazla nitel yöntemin kullanıldığı, desen olarak en fazla doküman incelemesinin seçildiği, veri seti kaynağına göre en fazla edebi türlerin seçildiği, veri toplama araçlarına göre en fazla doküman incelemesinin tercih edildiği, analiz türüne göre en fazla içerik analizin seçildiği, en fazla konu edinilen değerin sevgi değeri olduğu ve yazarlar tarafından tercih edilen anahtar kelimenin değerler eğitimi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. En fazla odaklanılan değerlerin sevgi, yardımseverlik, dürüstlük, saygı, sorumluluk sahibi olma, adalet değerleri olduğu görülmektedir. En az odaklanılan değerlerden vatan ve millet sevgisi, aile birliğine önem verme, cömertlik, hayvan sevgisi, adil olma, eğitime önem verme, ulusal değerler, annelik, memleket sevgisi, karakterli olma vb. değerler üzerine de daha fazla çalışma yapılarak, değerler eğitiminin kapsamı genişletilebilir.
In this study, 116 articles on values education in UTÖAD, Turkish Studies Educational Sciences, TEKE, RumeliDE Journal of Language and Literature Research, Journal of National Education, IJLET, IJLA, DEA, Bilig, ADER, Mother Tongue Education, which were published in the field of Turkish education between 2012 and 2024, were analysed. The data of this st udy, which was designed as a case study, were scanned using the keywords “values education” by entering the addresses of the journals. While analysing the data, the bibliometry technique was used. The data obtained were presented as tables and density maps through VOSviewer (Version 1.6.20) visual mapping software. As a result of the study, it was determined that according to the journals in which the articles were published, most of the articles were published in IJLET journal, most of the studies were conducted in 2021, according to the number of authors, studies with two authors were concentrated, qualitative method was used the most, document analysis was chosen the most as a design, literary genres were chosen the most according to the data set source, document analysis was preferred the most according to the data collection tools, content analysis was chosen the most according to the type of analysis, the values that were the subject of the most were the value of love, and the keywords preferred by the authors were values education. It is observed that the most emphasized values are love, benevolence, honesty, respect, responsibility, and justice. The scope of values education can be expanded by conducting more studies on the less emphasized values, such as love for the homeland and nation, prioritizing family unity, generosity, love for animals, fairness, valuing education, national values, motherhood, patriotism, and character development.
